Dr. Sanchez has been part of the Lenox Hill Vets family for a long time. A natural of Lima, Peru he knew he wanted to be a veterinarian from a very young age. He attended San Marcos University where he graduated with honors in 2006.
After moving to New York, Dr. Sanchez became a Licensed Veterinary Technician and got his first job as such here at Lenox Hill Veterinarians, where he worked for 4 years. He then headed to The Animal Medical Center where he worked for The Cancer Center, Emergency and Critical care and Surgery Department.
After finishing his certification process and obtaining his License as a Veterinarian, Dr. Sanchez came back to LHV.
Dr. Sanchez has a special interest in veterinary oncology and anesthesia.
Dr. Sanchez spends his free time with his wife Regina and their wirehaired Dachshund Wuschel, he is a big fan of all types of music and enjoys going to concerts and also cooking, specially peruvian food.
